Single MRBF Fuse Holder – Compact High-Current Battery Circuit Protection

The Single MRBF Fuse Holder, model CZY-FH04, is a compact stud-mount fuse holder designed for high-current battery and DC power distribution applications. It features one MRBF fuse position and is suitable for 58V DC applications with a maximum application current of 300A. The compact structure makes it suitable for automotive battery systems, auxiliary power circuits, power distribution assemblies, RV electrical systems, marine DC systems, and other high-current applications where installation space is limited.

The holder is constructed with a PBS body and a nickel-plated copper current-carrying plate to provide reliable electrical conductivity. The stud and nut are made from stainless steel, and the M8 stud connection provides a secure mechanical and electrical connection for high-current installations. The recommended tightening torque is 12 N·m.

A protective cover is integrated into the holder design to help protect the fuse and connection area from accidental contact and external exposure. The covered structure provides a waterproof design for automotive and other demanding DC electrical environments. The complete holder is also RoHS compliant.
